By using customized contents (text resume + questionnaire + tagged videointerview + presentation letter) Youthru permits to rapidly and effectively sort, filter and evaluate thousands of candidates, in order to discern those who are worth inviting for a complete interview.
Youthru makes the selection process more effective also for the candidates as it gives them the opportunity to highlight certain aspects of one’s personality and attitudes which cannot be adequately expressed by a textual resume.

Searching, sorting and filtering functions

You may search any field by keyword in the candidates’ resumes and sort the candidates by their rank (both automatically and also as assigned by recruiters). Any candidate’s application can be inserted in a general repository, and tag words can be associated to it.

Questionnaire based sort order

You can setup both questions and multiple choice answers. You can also assign a weight to each answer. Questions and answers can be unlimited.
